Endless Debt

The year 1244 of the Rhein calendar. My city, in the eyes of the extraordinary beings, is deemed the most chaotic and disordered city. The main reasons? Endless demons, malevolent Congealers, debtors attempting to break their contracts, oh yes, and those devils lurking in the shadows, plotting to steal your soul. It's undeniable, that's just how it is, yet people still flock here to live. This city always offers you a glimmer of hope, whether it's a lie or an illusion, it's close at hand, as if you can reach out and touch it, making you willing to risk your life. This is a city of madness and disorder, it constantly devours your life. And I, happen to be an immortal.
